  1. Jesus said, Blessed are those who hear the Word of God and obey it. –Luke 11:28.
  2. ... The Lord called to Moses from the mountain and said, “Give these instructions to the
    family of Jacob; announce it to the descendants of Israel: –Exodus 19:3 (NLT)
  3. ‘You have seen what I did to the Egyptians. You know how I carried you on eagles’ wings
    and brought you to myself. –Exodus 19:4 (NLT)
  4. Now if you will obey me and keep my covenant, you will be my own special treasure from
    among all the peoples on earth; for all the earth belongs to me. –Exodus 19:5 (NLT)
  5. And you will be my kingdom of priests, my holy nation.’ This is the message you must give

  6. The people all responded together, “We will do everything the Lord has said.” So Moses

    came down on the mountain. There was a long, loud blast from a ram’s horn, and all the

    form of fire. The smoke billowed into the sky like smoke from a brick kiln, and the whole

  10. The Lord came down on the top of Mount Sinai and called Moses to the top of the

  11. When the people saw how long it was taking Moses to come back down the mountain,
    they gathered around Aaron. “Come on,” they said, “make us some gods who can lead us.
    We don’t know what happened to this fellow Moses, who brought us here from the land of
